NT Heatmiser Wireless Window/Door Switch
The Heatmiser Wireless Window/Door Sensor is designed to work seamlessly with the Touch V2, Edge, and Neo smart heating systems, helping you save energy by automatically switching your heating off whenever a window or door is opened.
How It Works
- 🔗 Direct pairing – Connects straight to Touch V2 and Edge thermostats.
- 🌐 Neo System integration – With the Neo System, the sensor pairs to the neoHub G2 and links to the chosen zone.
- 🏠 Smart standby mode – When a window or door is open, the linked zone enters Standby mode. Once closed, heating resumes automatically.
- ⏱️ Custom delay settings – Use the Neo app to set an Open/Close delay, giving you full control over detection timing.

- 📡 Range: Up to 40m in open space (note: pairs directly to neoHub G2, not mesh‑enabled; boosters such as neoPlug or Boost may be required).

Compatibility & Important Notes
- ✅ RF sensor support is available only on the neoHub G2. Check the rear label of your hub for “2nd generation” to confirm.
- ❌ RF sensors are not visible in Apple HomeKit.
- 📡 Sensors communicate directly with the neoHub G2; depending on your home’s layout, signal boosters may be needed.
- 📑 For thermostat compatibility, refer to the official contact sensor datasheet.
