As with most businesses, having a 5 or a 10-year plan is essential if continued growth is to be achieved, and we at Embrass Peerless have recently kickstarted our growth plan for the next few years. We are expanding our operation into the adjoining two warehouse units, doubling our office and warehouse capacity to 80,000 sq/ft, allowing for the increase in personnel as well as significantly increasing warehouse capacity enabling us to bring in new ranges and add to existing well known industry brands.
Our new purpose-built offices provide an excellent environment to work in; they are bright, modern, and spacious, allowing us further growth when required, meeting rooms and break-out spaces are incorporated as well as having a dedicated in-house print and photography room for our Marketing team to create, produce literature and launch new ranges from.
The increased warehousing allows us to strengthen and improve our operations across all areas of the department, adding in new departmental offices, a larger dispatch and pick consolidation area and doubling the size of our pre-pack and assembly operations.
With our improved facilities we are futureproofing the supply of many more quality products at competitive prices to our merchants and supporting our suppliers by increasing their ranges into the market.
